Real experiences
- Post only about products, services or employers with which you have real experience.
- Share your opinion freely: no minimum star rating is required.
- Do not impersonate others or fabricate comments, screenshots or posts.
- Disclose if you are an employee or have a relationship that could influence your opinion.
External platforms
Each platform decides who may publish and under what conditions. Adding a link in PosRank does not replace those rules or certify an external review. Google Maps does not allow incentivized reviews; see its official policy.
The widget retains channel-specific restrictions. Employees may only participate where that type of opinion is allowed. Yelp is presented as a profile link, without a review request.
Evidence and moderation
First-hand opinions on PosRank are published after email verification. A human moderator may remove them if they breach this policy and reviews rewards and participation on external platforms beforehand.
Screenshots help review a participation, but do not prove all the facts on their own. AI may highlight matches or concerns; a human moderator decides. Negative opinions are reviewed using the same criteria as positive ones.
Transparent rewards
In the widget, only first-hand customer opinions on PosRank are eligible for rewards. Rewards are not offered for external or employment-related reviews. The reward does not depend on a positive rating, and its existence is disclosed in published opinions.
The terms must explain availability, expiration and delivery. Entering a prize draw does not guarantee a prize. See the FTC guidance on reviews and incentives where applicable.
Ratings and results
PosRank's own average uses published customer opinions. It does not combine external ratings or employment-related opinions. A brand's presence in search engines or AI assistants may vary; no analysis guarantees future results.
