PosRank Terms and Conditions

PosRank is a platform operated by QUANTUM LATAM, LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in Delaware (Delaware LLC) with operations in Miami, Florida, United States. The company was incorporated on March 16, 2026, with Delaware file number 10549154 and EIN 61-2340987. PosRank is the product name; the entity providing the service is QUANTUM LATAM, LLC.

These terms govern the use of https://posrank.co, its tools, accounts and widgets. By creating an account, purchasing a service or accepting the terms of a participation, you agree to the rules applicable to that activity. Please also read our privacy policy.

The service is intended for adults. If you act on behalf of a business, you must be authorized to represent it, manage its profiles and purchase services. Provide accurate information, keep your email up to date and protect your passwords, verification codes and sessions.

Signing in with Google or email verifies access to that account, but does not certify business identity, website ownership or the truthfulness of a review. Do not share OTP codes. Notify us of unauthorized access so we can review available measures.

PosRank offers digital presence analysis, business profiles, opinion collection, NPS surveys and reputation tools. Features and limits depend on the plan. The service does not offer investments, fundraising or financial returns.

When requesting an analysis, provide a public URL you are authorized to submit for evaluation. Do not include credentials or confidential information. Results may use artificial intelligence and external sources: they may contain errors, be incomplete or change over time. Review them before making decisions. We do not guarantee search rankings, AI mentions, sales or a number of reviews.

• Publish accurate official information and links, and use only trademarks, images and materials you are authorized to use.
• Install the widget only on websites you can manage. Inform your visitors about data collection and applicable permissions.
• Contact participants only on a valid basis and respect their communication preferences. Do not use emails, screenshots or private responses for incompatible purposes.
• Describe your campaigns and promotions clearly, answer participants' questions and honor the terms you offer.

Share real experiences and authentic evidence. Do not impersonate others, fabricate screenshots, post reviews of services you have not used or coordinate fake ratings. Do not include other people's personal data without authorization or conceal an employment or business relationship or a relevant incentive when disclosure is required.

First-hand opinions on PosRank are published after email verification and may be removed if they breach these terms. Participation on external platforms and rewards undergo human review assisted by AI. Moderation considers authenticity, evidence and compliance, without requiring a favorable opinion. PosRank stars are calculated from published customer opinions and, if the business enables it and gathers at least 10 customer responses, their NPS scores converted into stars (1 + score × 0.4), with equal weight per response. Ratings from other platforms are displayed separately. NPS comments are published anonymously on the profile and widgets only when their authors authorize publication. Identity, contact details and voice notes remain private.

Widget rewards are only available for customer opinions on PosRank. They are not granted for answering NPS surveys, a particular score, external reviews or employee opinions. Submitting a participation does not mean receiving a reward: the offer's review, availability, expiration and terms apply. Entering a prize draw does not mean winning.

The business offering a promotion must identify its content, available places, requirements and delivery method, and meet its applicable obligations. It cannot make an incentive conditional on positive opinions or the removal of criticism. External platforms have their own rules; a link from PosRank does not permit bypassing them or guarantee that they will publish or retain a review.

Before paying, review the price, currency, applicable taxes, billing frequency, features and limits shown in the offer and at checkout. Credits are units of service usage, not money, an investment or a promise of income. Stripe processes payments and provides payment-method and billing management.

A subscription may renew at the frequency accepted at purchase. You can manage cancellation through the billing portal available in your account; check when it takes effect and keep the confirmation. For billing errors or refund requests, contact us with the purchase reference. The offer's terms and any applicable mandatory consumer protection rights apply.

You retain the rights to the content you provide. You grant us a non-exclusive authorization to host, process and display it to the extent necessary to provide the feature you request, moderate participation and maintain the service. Publication is limited to content intended to be public; this authorization does not turn your screenshots, email or private responses into public advertising.

PosRank and its providers retain the rights to their software, designs and proprietary materials. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Access to the service does not transfer ownership or authorize impersonation.

Do not use the service for fraud, spam, harassment, unlawful content or rights infringements. Do not attempt to access other people's data, introduce malicious software, bypass usage limits or security measures, or extract information in a way that compromises the platform. Report potential vulnerabilities privately, without disclosing other people's data.

Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical failures or changes to providers and integrations. External services operate under their own terms, and PosRank does not control their decisions. We aim to address incidents, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free results.

Each party is responsible for the obligations that apply to it under the law. These terms do not exclude liabilities that cannot be limited or reduce non-waivable consumer rights. They do not replace any professional advice you may need for your activities.

We may restrict features or suspend an account in cases of breaches, fraud or security risks, with measures proportionate to the circumstances. Where possible and compatible with security and the law, we will communicate the reason and how to request a review. You may stop using the service and request account deletion.

A deletion request and subscription cancellation are separate processes: review and cancel recurring charges in the billing portal. Signing out or uninstalling the PWA does not cancel payments or delete data. The retention of necessary records and the handling of requests are explained in the privacy policy and deletion page.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or applicable requirements. We will state the update date and communicate relevant changes where appropriate, requesting renewed acceptance if necessary. The terms of an existing purchase will be honored in accordance with the agreement and the law.

Send inquiries or complaints to admin@posrank.co, identifying your account and the facts needed to review them. We will seek a direct resolution. This process does not prevent you from contacting the competent authorities or courts, nor does it limit any mandatory protections applicable in your place of residence.
