For businesses

Your business has a reputation as a customer too. Make it public.

The best suppliers choose who they serve. With PosRank, you show through verified opinions from your suppliers and partners that you pay on time, are transparent and keep your commitments. No other review platform measures this.

What you gain

Better suppliers and better terms

When supplies are scarce or time is short, suppliers prioritize customers they know will pay and keep their commitments. Your reputation as a customer gives you negotiating power.

A signal of financial reliability that nobody else has

Investors, banks, candidates and partners see how you treat those who sell to you. It is corporate governance demonstrated through actions, not a manifesto.

Visible to search engines and AI assistants

Your PosRank profile includes structured data and a category no other source offers. When someone asks about your business, this signal appears.

Verified, without incentives

Email confirmed by code, with no rewards of any kind in this category. What gets published is real.

Three star ratings, one profile

Customers, employees and suppliers, each with their own rating, count and NPS. Plus a combined view for anyone who wants the full picture at a glance.

Partner NPS, private or public

Measure how your suppliers view you every quarter. Decide whether the aggregate is published; comments are shown only with their author's authorization.

What your suppliers rate

  • On-time payments

Does it pay within the agreed period, without chasing or last-minute renegotiation? The most important criterion for any supplier.

  • Transparency

Does it put scope, price and terms in writing? Does it change the rules midway through a project or stick to them?

  • Communication

Does it respond within reasonable timeframes, with a clear contact person and decisions that are not reversed every week?

  • Respect and values

Does it treat suppliers as partners or as disposable resources? Are its words consistent with its actions?

  • Honoring agreements

Does it respect exclusivity, approval deadlines, delivery of materials and termination conditions?

  • Recommended as a client

The final question: would you work with this business again and recommend it to another supplier?

If you meet these six points, you already have the reputation. All that remains is making it public.

Frequently asked questions

How do I activate my business's reputation as a customer?

Create or claim your business profile on PosRank, go to Widgets and create a widget for “Suppliers and partners”. You get a direct link and code for your website or supplier portal. You can also activate a partner NPS in NPS Surveys. Each verified opinion is published in the Suppliers and partners category of your profile.

What happens if a supplier gives me a poor rating?

It is published, like any opinion. You can respond publicly, explain what has changed and request a review if it breaches authenticity policies. A 4.3 rating with thoughtful responses is more convincing to a new supplier than a profile with no opinions.

Do my suppliers need a PosRank account?

No. They only verify their email with a one-time code when submitting an opinion. Up to two words of their name are shown by default; they can choose Anonymous.

Do supplier ratings affect my customer rating?

No. Customers, employees and suppliers are three independent categories with their own star rating and NPS. The consolidated view shows them together without mixing them.

Is this included in the free plan?

The public profile and category are free. Widgets and NPS surveys require a paid plan, which enables the collection of supplier opinions.
